Refund requests must be made through the OSC office.

If you cancel five (5) business days prior to your course, you are entitled to your full refund minus a $50 administration fee. Cancellations made five (5) business days or less prior to the start date of your course will be refunded minus a $75 fee. Students that cancel the day of their course will be entitled to no refund; it is too short notice for us to find someone else to take your spot. And students that fail to attend the course will forfeit the entire fee.
If you take any part of the course and do not complete it, no refund will be given. Motorcycling is a sport that requires coordination, multi-tasking, concentration, and balance. It is possible that a student may decide that motorcycling is simply not for him/her or an Instructor might feel that it is in the best interest for the student not to continue for certain reasons. Although we sympathize with this situation, we can not offer refunds to students who do not complete or pass a course. We will do everything we can, however, to help these students overcome their difficulties and continue with their scheduled course, if they wish to continue.

(Note) There are some exceptions to this rule. It will be up to the Manager of the Motorcycle Program to determine whether you fit into the exception rule. The decision will be based on information given to the Manager by the Coordinator on the exact reason why the student had to leave.
To change your course date, please contact the office at least 5 business days before hand. There is no fee for switching courses unless you switch more than once. A fee of $25 will apply to every switch after that.
Full time attendance is mandatory. You must notify the office if you are unable to attend the course. If you are late for any of the sessions, you may be asked to re-book your course. In order for us the complete all of the required elements; it is imperative that everyone show up on time. We cannot allow you to complete the course if you have missed certain exercises.
